These Terms of Use govern the conditions applicable to the use of the investor relations website (the “Website”) operated by Mopaş Marketçilik Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Mopaş” or the “Company”). The Website is published in order to support our Company’s public disclosure activities under capital markets legislation and to inform shareholders and investors.

The financial reports, presentations, material event disclosures, general assembly documents and other content published on the Website are based on the information available as at their publication date. While our Company exercises the utmost care to ensure that this content is accurate and up to date:

These links are provided solely for ease of use, and our Company has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, security or privacy practices of those websites.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms.
